I help coach a Varsity softball team in town, so when the found out i was majoring in graphic design, they naturally asked me to design a shirt based on a saying that has become a staple at their games this year.

Magazine Series

One of my all time favorite assignments was one where we were given the most freedom. Our assignment was to design a magazine cover, table of content and spread based on a subject of our choosing containing the contents we desired. Naturally i chose what i knew best, Texas Longhorns athletics.

Raise Awareness

Bilboard design to promote breast cancer awareness. The idea was to design something that was no only eye catching with the color, but also with the image used but at the same time keep it tasteful.

Evolution from a 2-D logo design into a 3-D animated logo.

Semiotics Shirt

This assignment turned out to be one of my favorites ones to date. We were to create a unique design that represents a message we want to get across to the viewer. I chose the verse 1 Cor. 6:19 which states: 19Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirt, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own.

Photo Realism

My first real experience with Illustrator was a tough one to say the least. Out assignment was to take a photo of a product and then use illustrator to re-create the image to look as life like as possible.

Movie Posters

One of my first experiences using Photoshop as a Junior in college, we were to make a SiFi poster. So i decided to make a pair of them on a movie entitles "The Toddler". Focusing on the protagonist and antagonist of the movie. A breif backstory on the movies plot was that this little girls imaginary friend had come to life with the intentions of taking over the world, but only this little girl could see her so it was up to her to live out her dream of becoming a super hero and saving the world.
